I’m an abstract artist and facilitator based in County Wicklow, Ireland. My work is intuitive, expressive, and rooted in process. I’m drawn to bold colour, layered texture, and spontaneous mark-making to explore emotional states and shifting inner landscapes.
I work mainly in mixed media, combining paint, drawing, and collage to build surfaces that evolve through response and instinct. I rarely start with a fixed idea—instead, I let the materials and process lead me, allowing space for chance, disruption, and discovery. For me, the act of making is as important as the outcome.
Lately, I’ve been inspired by memory—its layers, distortions, and the way it shapes identity. My current work explores how fragments of the past resurface, shift, and change meaning over time. I draw from dreams, early experiences, and the body’s emotional memory, translating these into abstract forms and colour.
Alongside my studio practice, I’m passionate about teaching. I run workshops that encourage others to find their own creative voice through abstraction and experimentation.
