Artist Statement: I can relate to what Jack B. Yeats says about 'Art is Living' Painting is part of my Life's journey. 

I go plein air painting in Spring and Summertime with Greystones Art Group in the beautiful gardens all around Co. Wicklow. I let go of perfection and enjoy the freedom of expression. I always have a painting or drawing on the go, sometimes it flows but sometimes its hard work. There is lots of inspiration where I live, the mountains and the sea. I work in Oils, Watercolour & Charcoal. I have been studying Portraiture lately, in particular The Loomis Method. I enjoy drawing and painting my family.
